Mountain biking Lanzarote is a fantastic experience that will take you through all kinds of terrains with incredible views.

There are many easy dirt roads that take us through rough terrain and soft sand dunes.

It´s like riding on Mars.

Riding Next to the ocean splashing the waves against the lava cliffs.

You can have an unforgettable day on the sea where you are the Captain of a high performance sea kayak. You will explore volcanic shore-lines and several virgin black sand beaches which are only accessible from the sea.

You may even see dolphins and surface feeding tuna !

No experience needed as you will receive basic instruction and full time guidance by a qualified coach.

You must be able to swim, minimum age 14 years old, all necessary gear is supplied.

Depending on the weather we start on different beaches. This is Famara harbour.

After a long paddle we arrive on La Graciosa island.

Our day consists of rambling through valleys of palm trees and discovering picturesque little coves dotted along the coastline. Climb the occasional volcano, stroll along the spectacular beaches, walk along the rugged barrancos (dry river beds), treck through the lunar landscape and national park areas, spot the variety of wildlife, birds of prey, and lizzards, and admire the breath taking views. Snorkeling around Lanzarote is fantastic. The water is crystal clear because the island has no rivers that run off to the sea. This makes it perfect conditions for snorkeling. The lava around the shores has created reefs where sea life is very abundant. And the lava coast is full of formations with caves and places to explore.

The fish are not afraid and come very close to you.

Lanzarote is full of caves to explore. Caves that were created by lava flow thousands of years ago. Some of these caves go on for many kilometers from volcanoes and into the ocean.

After walking for about 2 hours in the cave we come out the other side.

From the battlefield of Agincourt to fuedal Japan, archery has changed the course of history. It’s also one of the oldest competitive sports in the world.

The equipment is simple, a three-fingered glove is worn on your string hand to protect your fingers and to allow you to pull back with more force. On the bow hand a leather pad is necessary to protect you from painful twangs from the string as it’s released. The quiver, containing your carbon-fibre arrows hangs from your hip and the bow is selected to personally suit you.

A varied terrain allows archers to shoot up to 30 meters, or for the more experienced, there are professional ranges of up to 70 meters.

These are the fastest and most powerful motors and can reach the speed of 80kph using a 4 speed engine.

The sensation of speed multiplies by being seated so close to the ground, the lay-out of the circuit was designed by professionals to create a fast and technical pitch, It is completely flat with a very fine high quality asphalt with excellent adherence and is the best circuit in Spain.

A giant screen time panel will show how long it takes to do each round of the circuit during the race. At the same time you can keep a check on the timing for your friends, and know who is in the lead, when the race is over you can request a print out copy of the results. minimum age 16.

Horse riding in Lanzarote is a very fun experience for everyone as you explore the plains like a cowboy.

The stables have many beautiful horses to choose from.

We leave town and venture into the plains.

The scenic ride is fantastic as we are surrounded by volcanoes.

Yoga is not a sport. Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a tool to help you live better.

The most important thing to yoga is the deep breathing that with certain positions massages the internal organs as well as stretching the muscles at the same time. Yoga creates good posture for the body eliminating many body aches. It gets rid of old carbon dioxide in the lungs and fills the body with new oxygen. You will feel better and look better.

The most important thing in yoga is not the pose, but the deep breathing.

Different poses stretch different parts of the body.

We´ll help you get deeper into the right poses for your level of expertise.

Finishing with a meditation that completely relaxes the body, mind and soul.

As an additional part of the package we have experienced personel who will monitor the behaviour of some or all of the participants who are taking part in the activities.

This has produced amazing results where character assessment can reveal how a person handles competitiveness , pressure , stress , winning , losing , responsibility , working as part of a team , being out of their “normal ” environment , etc etc.

We often find that a staff member may be the quiet one in the office & yet they show their true colours when given an opportunity to be part of an event. Sometimes the one who you may hope or expect to perform well just cant hack it when it comes time to deliver.
